Jessie leads fitness and wellness training and instruction for the Santa Barbara Community. Training people from all walks of life has guided her to believe that everyone benefits from training that focuses first on proper movement and body mechanics, and then expands into dynamic, functional movements. Locally, Jessie provides group training and private instruction at SB Tennis Club, as well as strength, conditioning, and wellness training for local sports programs including both the UCSB Men’s and Women’s Club Lacrosse programs, the UCSB Women’s Club Soccer program, and Santa Barbara Rugby Academy. Jessie also coaches a youth soccer team at Sol Soccer Club in town. Whenever she isn’t working, you can find her on the beach.
